4. Verify with D'Jay to check if your Document(s) has been received.

5. Wait for D'Jay to send you an "Invitation to Notarization Session" online via your email, for your video conference/notary session. (*Type of Identity Authentication to use: US Citizens/Foreigners + Biometrics)

1. I understand D'Jay is a commissioned remote online notary from state of Florida and authorized to notarize documents online nationwide.
2. I understand and consent to conducting an online notarization in Florida.
3. I understand that this Notarization session will be recorded.
4. This recording is securely stored in D'Jay notary's Journal for 10 years.
5. I participating in this Notarization on my free will.
6. I understand the contents of the document that I am about to sign and get notarize.
7. I agree to use an electronic signature to sign the document(s).
8. I understand and agree by signing the document(s), I am legally bind to the terms of the document(s).
