1. Items needed:  Government-issued Photo ID, Computer/Mobile Device, Credit Card, and Uploaded Document(s).
2. Connect with D'Jay @ 850.366.2408 to tell him you are interested in a Remote Notary Session.
3. Email Document(s) to be Notarize to D'Jay @ DJayNotary@gmail.com 
4. Verify with D'Jay to check if your Document(s) has been received.
5. Wait for D'Jay to send you a "Invitation to Notarization Session" online, for your video conference/notary session.
6. While waiting, please complete the Consent Form below.

Consent

1. I understand D'Jay is a commissioned remote online notary from state of Florida and authorized to notarize documents online nationwide on BlueNotary Platform.
2. I understand and consent to conducting a remote online notarization in Florida.
3. I understand that this Notarization will be recorded.
4. I participating in this Notarization on my free will.
5. I understand the contents of the document that I am about to sign and get notarize.
6. I agree to use an electronic signature to sign the document(s).
7. I understand and agree by signing the document(s), I am legally bind to the terms of the document(s). 

The entire session is video recorded, and the recording is securely stored in D'Jay notary's journal for 10 years.
